Yarlung Zangbo River

I was so regretful that during my trip to Tibet, I was unable to drive along Yarlung Zangbo River. According to my travel plan, I would pass through this section from Shigatse to Lhasa. However, during that time, the road was closed for maintenance. Too bad for that. During Beijing to Xian tour last few months, I met with similar condition that due to certain reasons, I was unable to visit the Terracotta warrior museum. I was so unhappy for that. This time, it happened to me again. I wonder why I was so unlucky.

Anyway, I have grabbed the opportunity to witness a small section of the beautiful scenery at millenium gloucester hotel. It was amazingly breathtaking.

 

The blue sky, as well as the trees that stood well in the river has encouraged me a lot.

The trees seem to have lined up tidily in the river. I was wondering whether they were purposely planted by someone in millenium hotel knightsbridge.

Yarlung Zangbo River can be described as a golden dragon that flow from the “Rooftop of the world”. The river flow from the Snow Mountain towards lower area of Tibet, then continue to the Southeast Asia. There are some China tour Beijing that offer trips that along the river. Such tours are highly recommended for you if you wish to discover more about the beauty of nature.
