Yamdrok Lake

It takes a few hours of way to visit a scenic spot In Tibet. Although I spend 5 hours riding from Lhasa to sanwant hotel taipei by bus, I am in good spirits on the way. The scenery is so beautiful. Yamdrok Lake is one of the best sceneries that is adjacent to Langkazi County. When the car approaches the mountains which is nearly 5000 meters above sea level, a gentle and graceful lake like mirror appears, everyone marvels at her pureness and charm

Yamdrok Lake is like a sentimental maid under the blue sky and clouds, pure and bright, which makes yourself feel clear and clean.

A few houses scatter beside the lake, barley and rape flower dot around the house, full of vitality. 

A winding path which is across the rape flower goes to the depths of the lake. I can’t help thinking that there should have been a Tibetan village at the end of the path?

I’m eager to have a look at the cottage on the mountains, unfortunately no one takes that interest, so I have to put my excitement aside.

The road becomes rough when we get to the opposite of the lake. The speedy bus bumps badly. My camera crashes against the window several times. So it’s impossible for me to frame a good picture.

There are dozens of cattle who are drinking the water coming from the snow mountain and having insects and grass. How delightful they are!

The colorful furs on these cattle are so interesting that it’s rarely seen in my hometown, Fujian province. Maybe I’m a little ignorant for sure.

There is a village around rape flower along the distant lake. What a beautiful scene! It’s regretful that the recorded scenery is not so dreamlike than the authentic scenery.

The tranquil lake is divided into several different shadows by the clouds and the sun, grotesque and gaudy.

When the spring comes, it must be a flourishing scene of prosperity.

There is a marvelous sand beach. It’s must be very delightful for lovers to idle away here.

There are garbage in some places as if a fly stops on a beautiful face. But that does not diminish its beauty , the pure and handsome Yamdrok lake is surrounded by the mountains like a pearl from the heaven in Tibet.
